Pro Combine Competition:

 

It's time to put your skills to the test as I lead you through a pro football combine competition followed by an intense speed and agility workout!  You will perform a series of physical tests to showcase your speed, strength, power, and athleticism.  These tests include:

 

  • 40 Yard dash

  •  Broad Jump

  • Vertical Jump

  • 5-10-5 Short Shuttle

  • 60 Yard  Shuttle

  • L Cone Drill

 

Speed & Agility Workout:
 

Learn how to accelerate, decelerate, develop speed, power and quickness!  This is not a non-stop "boot camp" style class, there will be several breaks to emphasize specific coaching points. The objective of this class is to get a challenging sports conditioning workout, but we I also want you to learn:

 

  • Dynamic Warm Up

  • Sprint Mechanics

  • Injury Prevention Exercises

  • Reaction Drills

  • Cone Drills ( 4 Cone, M Drill, etc)

  • Core Conditioning
