60 or 45 minute circuit-style sessions combine strength-endurance training and total body conditioning, ideal for those athletes looking to receive personalized attention guaranteed by keeping each class at 2-8 athletes. Whether you are looking for a little friendly competition, support or motivation, training with a group keeps things fun and  push you to train harder and see results!
