Absolutely. Curtis programs his workouts to provide scale-able options for all ability and fitness levels. Whether your new to working out or a fitness enthusiast Coach Williams creates an environment where all participants are able to get the best workout for each individual whether its through providing multiple exercise selections or modifications. We do not care what kind of shape you are in or objective is to provide the support and encouragement to get you better and push you past your physical and mental limits in the safest and effective way possible.
If you find you you are unable to keep up or have injuries that drastically limit your participation in the program we will find the best alternative solution for you to succeed.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING workouts are conducted outdoors in the Los Angeles area or at Mansion Fitness located at 7912 California Route 2, West Hollywood, CA 90046.

The objective of Coach Williams is to optimize your performance while keeping you injury free. Quality is always the priority during our Training C.A.M.P. sessions. If you feel pain or can’t perform a movement it is essential to draw this to Coach Williams’s attention so he can provide you with a modification. It is crucial you understand what your body is telling you and to know your limits. Performing exercises correctly and efficiently will create proper movement patterns for you to see improvement and minimize your chances of getting injured.
Attitude is EVERYTHING – Come to every workout with great energy it’s contagious. Those that participate in the Training C.A.M.P. pride themselves on motivating each other to get better. There is no egos, just a little friendly competition and constant encouragement that brings the best out of each athlete!
Come to Work Hard – Coach Williams’s has high expectations for anyone that commits to his Training C.A.M.P. programs. Our concern is not so much the ability of the athlete but the willingness to be coachable and work hard to give 100% every session. Challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and that is when you’ll see the most RESULTS. Work with a purpose and you will succeed!
Each Training C.A.M.P. session costs $15-$35 based on the complexity of the program and what promotional deals may apply. You will also have access to any free Training C.A.M.P. sessions coordinated by Curtis’s various sponsors. During Training C.A.M.P. sessions we suggest you wear clothes you are comfortable in. Typically something that will wick away sweat and you can move freely in. All sessions incorporate a variety of exercises that force you to move in multiple planes of motion so a cushioned cross training shoe would be most ideal to train in.
Bottled water is available at Mansion Fitness for purchase. Shower and workout towels are also available.
Feel free to bring snacks for post-workout meals.

If you are up to 15 minutes late it is left up to the discretion of Coach Williams to allow you to participate in group sessions. If you are running late to a private session please text, call, email Coach Williams to let him know. We will not reschedule the session and it will end at the original stop time. If available you may extend your session for a $45 fee for an additional 30 minutes.
